This laptop keeps dropping internet. Says "no internet service" even though there IS internet service. I had my internet provider come out and check all their equipment and everything is up to date, working and giving me fast speed. That confirms it is this laptop. I have made no changes to the laptop and this has been happening since I purchased.

I’ve called and spent hours and hours for the employees to do the same thing and still it’s not working. I’ve had a guy from Comcast come out and still same problem. My old router never gave me issues. I’m getting pretty annoyed to pay $100 a month for my internet to drop every dang min. My thought is crowded wifi environment, gateway keeps changing channels resulting in a drop to wireless devices. If hardwired device(s) also drop suggests signal issue to gateway.
